About the Role of Agniveervayu
As an Agniveervayu, you will play a crucial role in the Indian Air Force. While this position is not for Commissioned Officers, Pilots, Navigators, or Airmen, it offers you an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the country in a meaningful way. The selection and employability of female candidates will be determined based on service requirements.
Qualification
- 12th/Intermediate: Must have passed with Mathematics, Physics, and English, securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.Diploma Holders: Successfully completed a Diploma Course in Engineering with at least 50% marks.Vocational Course: Passed a Two-Year Vocational Program with a minimum of 50% marks
Age Limit
Date of Birth Range: Candidates born between 01 January 2005 and 01 July 2008 (inclusive of both dates) are eligible to apply.Upper Age Limit: Candidates who successfully pass all stages of the selection process must not exceed 21 years of age at the time of enrollment.
Yearly Salary Structure
- 1st Year: ₹21,000/- per month
- 2nd Year: ₹23,100/- per month
- 3rd Year: ₹25,550/- per month
- 4th Year: ₹28,000/- per month
