Job Role Overview

- Documentation & Testing: Preparing requirement documents, test plans, and incident reports, followed by thorough project testing and issue resolution.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with internal departments, product teams, IT support, operations, and external vendors for gathering requirements and implementing enhancements.
- System Enhancement: Identifying system issues and delivering effective solutions to reduce manual interventions.
- User Training: Creating user guides, training users on system updates, and offering ongoing support for newly developed systems.
- Project Management: Managing projects with proper follow-ups and liaising with partners for smooth execution.
Key Requirements for the Role
