Role Overview
The IT Project Tech Lead is a key strategic position responsible for developing detailed work plans, interfacing with senior teams, and ensuring alignment with risk and control commitments. As a recognized technical authority, this role requires expertise in project leadership and the ability to influence business decisions through innovative solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Develop IT work plans, schedules, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with senior project staff and client management on project status and improvements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory commitments and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide expert advice on technology processes and act as a mentor to team members.
- Author closure submissions for technology work efforts in compliance with guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6–10 years in a related technology role, with 2+ years in quality control and closure submissions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree preferred.
- Advanced understanding of IT project management principles and business processes.
