Job Description
Johnson Controls islooking for a skilled HR Operations Specialist to handle day-to-day HR tasks with accuracy. You will be responsible for managing processes like hiring,personal data changes, job changes, terminations, and more. This role includes transitioning processes from offshore locations, ensuring you quickly learn and adapt to meet transition timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR tasks such as hiring, terminations, employment changes, and employment verification.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Achieve performance goals and follow the Case Management Framework and SOX guidelines.
- Review data accuracy entered by HR team members.
- Protect sensitive employee information and ensure data privacy.
- Pay attention to detail when processing transactions.
- Familiarity with Workday and HR ServiceNow is a plus.
- Write clear work instructions and support team members.
- Participate in regional and global HR projects.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Experience in a global company with good stakeholder management.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to perform well under pressure.
