Job Description
As a Branch Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Portfolio Management: Enhancing the deposit pool from customers and driving fee income.
- Product Sales: Cross-selling of mutual funds, insurance, and non-deposit products to achieve sales targets.
- Branch Operations: Managing branch administration and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership: Boosting team morale, productivity, and delivering superior customer service.
- Financial Accountability: Ensuring the branch achieves its profit and loss (P&L) targets.
- Strategic Liaison: Coordinating with product management, marketing teams, and other verticals to develop new products and enhance service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 6 years of overall banking experience, including 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in liabilities products.
- Educational Qualification:
- MBA, CA, or CAIB is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with a tactical approach to team management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial instruments, markets, and economic processes.
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently coordinating all service units.
