Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement and Portfolio Growth
    • Actively engage with assigned customers to enhance their banking portfolios through Current Account (CA), Savings Account (SA), and Term Deposit (TD) buildup.
    • Cross-sell assets and wealth products by understanding customer needs and matching them with the right solutions.
  2. Target Achievement
    • Consistently deliver on business targets, ensuring strong performance across the scorecard metrics.
  3. Building Relationships
    • Align client requirements with business objectives, ensuring tailored solutions that foster customer satisfaction.
    • Use existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities through referrals.
  4. Complaint Resolution and Compliance
    • Adopt a customer-focused approach to swiftly resolve complaints and queries.
    • Uphold banking regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data security protocols.
  5. Audit and Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations by conducting regular audits and closing observations from audit reports.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Perform audit tasks to maintain compliance.
  • Build a reputation as the customer’s go-to banking partner by providing exceptional service.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Graduates from any discipline can apply, while an MBA is preferred.

Experience: 1-4 years in banking or allied fields, focusing on Retail Liabilities.
